How the garden tour became about Minecraft

Recently the hmmschoolers and I took a lil' time at a local garden. The boys hadn't been there since they were in strollers so everything was new and exciting.

Hmmschooler Ooky (9) was more than a little excited. He asked me to take pictures of everything.

"Man, I can't wait to get home!" he said, interrupting my thoughts. "I hope you took lots of pictures for me to look at because I am totally going to build these gardens on Minecraft!"

  1. Maybe Minecraft will be the new way they design landscapes. It's funny how they see everything as blocks now, I wonder if that is how kids where when Legos first came out.

  6. I just found your site. I homeschool 3 boys. I love finding other moms that share the same boy adventures as I do. Blessings to you and your family. Thank you for sharing.
